Administration Role as GP

We have thirty staff in our surgery including one business partner, practice manager, nurses, receptionist and office staff. The facility is fully equipped with IT and electronic calling system incorporated into online bookin g system

  • Family Planning Conduction contraceptive and sexual health clinics and advising about prevention of STDs and giving general health advice.
  • Frailty Lead Conducting multi-disciplinary team meetings once a month involving district nurses, community leaders, mental health service, social services to prevent acute hospital admissions and taking care of elderly in the community.
  • Safeguarding Lead Level two training in safeguarding adults and children. This role involves safeguarding vulnerable adults and children in preventing abuse from anyone and provide a safe place in the community. Also, identify and report FGM (Female Gentile Mutilation) and domestic abuse.
  • PPG Lead Patients Participation Group, gets patients involved in policy dissensions with regular meetings with them. Conducting educational events in the community involving these groups with media support.
  • Teaching and Training Training medical students, nurses, admin staff and junior doctors.

Charity Works:

For the past six years have been a trustee for the only Trade Mark Registered Charity, United Kingdom Telugu Association conducting various events in the UK and Europe. Of which activities include cultural promotion, sports activates and career guidance.
